140th ANNUAL SALON OF CULINARY ART

The 140th Annual Salon of Culinary Art, organized by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique  was held at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in conjunction with the 93rd International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show,  November 9-11, 2008.

Following are the awards as announced at the Presentation of Awards, Tuesday, November 11, 2008, by Thomas Smyth, Chairman of the Salon and Jean-Claude Blazy, President of the Société Culinaire Philanthropique de New York.

Medal of the French Government - Grand Prize of the Salon and
a check for $1,500 awarded by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique  for
