The 143rd Salon of Culinary Art, organized by the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, will be held in conjunction with the 95th International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show, Sunday, November 13 to Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, 11th Avenue at 34th Street, New York, N.Y.

Cash Prizes from $250.00 to $1,000.00, Medals and Trophies
The Grand Prize Winner Of The Salon In Cooking or Pastry will receive the Medal of the French Government and the Grand Prize Winner for Buffet Presentation will receive the Marc L. Sarrazin Trophy and a Medal.
