The Salon of Culinary Art, organized by the
Societe Culinaire Philanthropique, will be held November
11th to the 12th, 2007 at the
92nd International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show in the Jacob Javitz Convention
Center - 11th Avenue at 34th Street, New York City.
Each succeeding year, the SALON displays new arrangements
and ideas to promote the culinary arts.
It is not only a friendly competitive display of knowledge
and skilled workmanship, but a progressive inspiration to the profession.
The Société Culinaire Philanthropique
and Food Arts Magazine Demonstration Kitchen is
an intensive culinary program featuring demonstrations
by a number of notable chefs.
This years' Salon Demonstration
Kitchen features demonstrations by top pastry chefs, cake and confectionary
artists.
New Cash Prizes from $1,500 to $500.00 added in addition
to Medals and Trophies.
